Akufo Addo is the worse President ever – Counselor Lord
Ghana’s vociferous political activist cum writer and founder of AgendaISpeakForGhana, Ibrahim Farouk known as Counselor Lord has descended on president Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo describing him as worse in the history of Ghana’s presidents. This follows current economic crisis and scandalous and fraudulent acts by his officials.
According to Counselor Lord, Nana Addo’s government has worsened the country’s problems than the erstwhile Mahama’s government. During an interview with him, he described president Akuffo Addo as incompetent and a government of misplaced priorities. He further stated that all the taxes the president promised to decrease when in opposition have been increased even more than when the NDC government was in power.
Counselor Lord again stressed out that not even half of the promises by the president when was in opposition have been fulfilled as he promised.
“Nana Addo is the worse president ever in the history of the country. He is a failure and just a talkative and I don’t know why he still talk about the promises he hasn’t fulfilled. Economic crisis under this government is even more than when the NDC government was in power. Increasing taxes each day, taxes you claimed were very higher under the NDC government. This government is a confused government”, he explained.
He again described the controversial comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) as needless, calling on the government to abolish its introduction.
According to him, the president and his stakeholders in education should introduce skill training to help students be useful after completion and not comprehensive sexuality education.
“The CSE the government is trying to introduce in our schools is going to cause more harm than good and it shouldn’t be encouraged. It is needless and it has to be abolished. What our kids needs in this economic crisis is skill training. The government should introduce skill training to help students after completion and not a needless CSE”, he added.
In addition to this, he called on the government to decrease taxes that has been increased as promised by him when he was in opposition. ” He should better decrease the taxes that has just been increased else he will face electoral consequences”, he ended.
